Heather Zayas is the Case Manager and Senior Paralegal at NedaLawyer, APC, where she plays a central role in guiding clients through the complexities of legal matters. With more than 15 years of experience in leadership and operational management across multiple industries, Heather brings a unique blend of strategic organization, client-centered communication, and legal proficiency to every case she supports.

Heather began her legal career in 2012 as a personal injury legal assistant and transitioned into Family Law in 2015, where she discovered her passion for helping individuals navigate some of the most challenging periods of their lives. Her work is defined by empathy, precision, and a deep commitment to ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and understood throughout the legal process.

As Case Manager, Heather oversees case flow, deadlines, and client communication, ensuring that each matter receives the attention and structure necessary for effective representation. She is known for her calm, solutions‑oriented approach and her ability to translate complex legal processes into clear, accessible guidance for clients.

Heather has obtained her professional certificate in Small Business Management and Entreperneuship and intends to graduate from Trinity Law School in May 2029, continuing her long‑term commitment to serving professionals, business owners, families and individuals in need.

Outside the office, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, and their dogs, Simba and Arthur. She loves visiting the beach, crocheting, reading, playing video games, and leading community outreach efforts. She approaches each day with a dedication to growth, gratitude, and service.
